Settlement Agreement in Swanson v. California Department of Transportation

Final Approval Hearing Scheduled for March 8, 2010

On December 29, 2009, the Alameda County Superior Court preliminarily approved a settlement in Swanson v. California Department of Transportation that would provide housing-related benefits to a class of tenants living in properties owned by the Department of Transportation. Altshuler Berzon LLP is co-counsel for the plaintiff class.
